oceanfromtheblue to return to London with BACK TO BLUE Europe Tour
oceanfromtheblue is returning to London, with the Korean R&B singer-songwriter set to open his BACK TO BLUE Europe Tour in the capital on Friday 12 March 2027.
The show will take place at The Courtyard Theatre before the tour continues across Europe, with dates announced in cities including Paris, Lisbon, Madrid, Rome, Frankfurt, Ljubljana and Amsterdam.
For London fans, it has been a while.
oceanfromtheblue last toured Europe in 2023 with Way to Blue, a month-long run which included a London performance on 21 September. BACK TO BLUE will bring him back to the UK almost four years later, while also returning to a part of the world he has spoken positively about since that first European tour.
The Seoul-based singer-songwriter debuted in 2018 with Luv-fi and has built his career around a particularly introspective take on Korean R&B. His music moves between R&B, soul, hip-hop, pop and lo-fi textures, with understated production and personal songwriting at the centre rather than the choreography-led format many UK fans may first associate with Korean music.
His return to Europe also arrives after an important period in his career.
Earlier this year, oceanfromtheblue released Luv-fi 2026 after roughly two years away from releasing music. The nine-track project brought him back to the series that began his career, following Luv-fi in 2018 and Luv-fi 2020, and serves as the closing chapter of that run.
In interviews around the release, oceanfromtheblue has spoken about spending his time away questioning whether he wanted to continue making music before eventually returning to the mindset he had when he first started. Luv-fi 2026 became part of that process, reconnecting his current music with the sound and ideas that helped establish him in the first place.
He has continued collaborating internationally throughout 2026 too. In June, he appeared on French artist Nuit Incolore's “Balade en ville”, followed in September by “sayonara radio” with Japanese duo 7co.
BACK TO BLUE now gives European listeners the opportunity to hear that latest chapter live, beginning with London next March.
