These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://www.hallyudoing.com) and any content, services, or products offered through it (collectively, "the Site"). Hallyu Doing is owned and operated by Katy Richards, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. What We Offer
Through the Site, we provide:

  • News and updates on K-pop events and concerts in the UK

  • Event listings (tickets for which are sold via third-party platforms such as Eventbrite)

  • Information on Korea trips (booked externally through TrovaTrip)

  • Merchandise sales (fulfilled by Printful and processed via Squarespace Payments)

  • Affiliate links (such as Ticketmaster) and occasional sponsored content

  • A mailing list/newsletter

We aim to provide accurate and helpful information, but we do not guarantee that all listings, dates, or details are complete, current, or free from error.

4. Intellectual Property
We own the rights to our written articles and original content. Other materials (such as images, press photos, and embedded videos) may be sourced from third parties and are credited where applicable. All content on the Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

5. User Content
You may post comments on our articles, provided that they are respectful, lawful, and do not contain spam, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material. 6. Payments & Refunds

  • Merchandise: Made-to-order via Printful. Sales take place on our website via Squarespace Payments. Returns and cancellations are handled under Printful’s policies and in compliance with UK consumer law where applicable.

  • Events: Tickets sold via Eventbrite. Refunds and policies are determined per event on the Eventbrite listing and in compliance with UK consumer law where applicable.

  • Trips: Booking handled on TrovaTrip’s platform. Their terms and policies apply.

We are not responsible for the fulfilment, delivery, or quality of products or services provided by third-party platforms.

7. Affiliate Links and Ads
Some links on our Site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through those links. We also display ads via Google AdSense. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, or websites linked from our Site.

8. Disclaimers
Hallyu Doing is an independent media platform and is not an official representative of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any K-pop artist, company, promoter, or record label. All information is provided in good faith for informational purposes only, but is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Always verify event details through official channels.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on any content on the Site. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
